The location in Hoče-Slivnica at the Drava river convinces with its advantageous geographical location. The good location and transport links determine the success of this logistics- and industrial location and gives a decisive competitive advantage. The traffic junction South-Maribor is located in the immediate vicinity of the warehouse and enables a quick connection to the most important industrial concentration centres in Southeast and Central Europe.

In recent years, an important industrial area has emerged which has attracted many national international companies. In addition to the local small and medium-sized companies, there are also internationally active groups such as Scania, ADK and Schenker. The last and probably most significant move of an international group was the business relocation of Magna International which opened its paint shop and thus the first plant in Hoče-Slivnica in 2017. At the same time, the expansion to further factories was secured by Magna.
